Hotel Sofitel
Buenos Aires

In a historic building built in 1928 of the city of Buenos Aires, with a distinctive Art Deco and neo-classical architecture, rises a 5 star Hotel owned by the French hospitality company Accor. With a total of 144 guestrooms including suites throughout 20 irregular floors and a presidential apartment 150m2; Five meeting rooms fully equipped with audio and video conventions; restaurant Le Sud, Caffee Arroyo, Salon du Thé La Bibliotheque, Boutique Shopping, Pool, Spa and Fitness Center.

Built up and presentation of the Mock up Rooms. We worked in the entire purchasing management, bids, selection and hiring of suppliers, follow-up of the production and execution of the interior decoration project; implementation and supervision of the Global Architectural Project; supervision of the final finishings of the general construction and general coordination of the mounting of the guestrooms, public areas and services areas; logistics and storing in 2800 m² of warehouse up to the installation. Starting-up and full operation.
Every element has been manufactured upon strict esthetic and quality standards, which were approved by the Designer Pierre Yves Rochon and the Client/ Investor Accor. The balance between quality and the most profitable costs were maintained in every case, achieving the design intentions with maximum fidelity, respecting and capturing the charming of the interior design.
